BOOKINGS & PROCESS

How far in advance should I book?

For weddings and large installations, it’s best to book as early as possible to secure your date. For smaller projects, shorter notice may be possible depending on availability.

 

How do I book?

Simply get in touch via the contact form with a few details about your project, and I’ll come back to you to discuss your ideas and next steps.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks before collection or delivery date. You can also purchase the displays outright. 

Do you offer rental?

Unfortunately, I do not offer rental currently due to the delicate nature of the flowers and all flowers being made to order. However, I have done my best to keep prices reasonable for purchase. Displays can be sold on or reused in your personal space. If you choose to sell on, brand recognition is appreciated. 

DESIGN & CUSTOM WORK

Are all designs bespoke?
Yes, each piece is designed specifically for your space, event or brief. This ensures every installation feels unique and considered.

 

Can you match a specific theme or colour palette?
Absolutely. Designs can be tailored to suit your vision, colour scheme and overall aesthetic.

 

Can I request something completely custom?
Of course! Custom commissions are always welcome. If you have an idea in mind, I’d love to explore it with you.

 

EVENTS & INSTALLATIONS

Do you install the displays on-site?
Yes, installations are set up on-site to ensure everything is styled and positioned perfectly. Set up fees apply. 

Do you travel?
Yes, travel can be arranged depending on the location and scale of the project. Delivery is charged at 0.45p per mile from IP11.

RETAIL & INTERIORS

Do you create permanent installations?
Yes, both temporary and longer-term installations can be created depending on your space and needs.

 

Can installations be updated seasonally?
Yes, seasonal updates or refreshes can be arranged for retail or commercial spaces. The flowers detach from the stems, therefore you can order flowers to update your display without ordering a whole new one. 

WORKSHOPS

Do I need any experience to join a workshop?
Not at all! Workshops are designed to be beginner-friendly and accessible to everyone.

What’s included in a workshop?
All materials are provided, and you’ll be guided through the process of creating your own paper floral piece to take home.

How do I book a workshop?
Workshop dates are often updated on instagram but are bookable on my website under the Workshops page. 

PRICING

How much do your services cost?
Pricing for displays can be found on my prices page. Delivery and set up fees apply, Collection from Felixstowe is free and your order will come carefully packaged in a large cardboard box.
